Broome was successful, on behalf of Clermont Chain of Lakes Foundation, in persuading the Clermont City Council to remove Lake Hiawatha Preserve from its list of possible sites for a new boat ramp to Lake Minneola and hopefully end the litigation Mr. Broome filed against the City.
