City of Wildwood reach a tentative class action settlement. Circuit Court Judge William H. Hallman, III will conduct a hearing on Thursday, November 13, 2014 at 1:30 to determine whether the tentative settlement is fair, adequate and reasonable. Class members will receive further details concerning the November 13, 2014 hearing by mail or, after the mailing occurs, class members may also obtain further details concerning the hearing.
